I don’t know what she is wearing but I just started wearing Tetra Custom Shield. The company is great to work with and the hearing protection is customized for your needs. It is much more comfortable than wearing headphones.

These are PremEars (I think that’s how it’s spelled?)! Decibulz can also be done at home if you don’t have a PemEar tent near you (they were at a match I went to)
