I went to a class once, and the instructor shot everything from the 3-yard line. Its a company called PFC and they do executive protection. 18 of their employees couldn't even pass their owm qualification. Beware the Instagram instructors that never miss. I have seen some of them in person and they are pathetic, like the PFC types. Thx Ben for the honest instruction. I will take a class next time you are in TX 😊

The guys on instagram either have a giant wall of steel 5 yards in front of them, or they never show the target. If they do, they probably ran it over and over until they got the right shot.

Targets also look much farther away on video than in person too

The only reason I ever video myself is to critique my training. I haven’t put anything up in a while, but I only did it for myself and to be able to have proof for my friends. You’re right about folks bragging.

My personal experience is the concepts that “failure” during training is acceptable, and training day doesn’t have to resemble match day are so foreign to most of who have played some form of sports in our youth. However, implementing these concepts, letting loose of preconceptions and ego; opens up all kinds of possibilities and opportunities for improvement

Excellent video. Always straight to the point, no fluff, no ego, just competent training.

Bro do you even train?!?!? Listening to Ben break down the speed differences makes sense and honestly if you think about it for a minute you'll be asking yourself why didn't this occur to me before. Listen and learn from those who not just talk a great game but can put those words into action. Training under Ben is a no brainer, you won't become a GM overnight but you sure as hell will grow from where you are today.

Thanks for superb video once again! This was great thing to hear aloud "Competitors are aiming for As or close Cs". So speed is (more) essential. Well, often there are also plates, so there's no option😂

Especially on short courses, prioritizing speed over accuracy will get you a higher hit factor - virtually every time.

Bro, I have started to read you book PST and used the videos along with the dry fire techniques and wow, I have seen improvements. I am trying to separate the feet from the hands in the movement like I saw in one of the videos and it words better whenever I just let it happen versus thinking what does in front or back. I have to ask how do you train to stay target focus because I tend to want to go red dot once I'm on target sometimes?

After a few drinks, this video is one I going to have to one come back to, and probably beat a few over the head with for training, and two, is so fucking good at making points. Slightly unrelated, well, pretty much totally unrelated, and if it has been asked I done missed it, any reason on rocking the foamies, or cheapo earpro verse something like over the head electronic stuff? It comfort, laziness, convenience, or something else. Not that there a right answer, just a silly question. For me, pistol and rifle I personally double up, and run molded in the ear, and electronic over the ear with the volume cranked, especially indoors, but I done enough stupid shit without earpro that sleeping with the fan on is a thing. Anyway, keep doing the Lord's work brother.

Recently watched a Tony Wong interview with Dry Fire Ninja where he talked about taking your class with his g26. He recalled that "Ben thought it was a joke and asked me to put my “real gun” on". When he said it’s his real gun, you looked at him like Tony was retarded HAHAH. And that when everybody was doing doubles drill on the line, you came to Tony, looked at him shooting doubles, looks at the target. Says “Huh” and moves to the next shooter. No feedback given. Was just curious on what was going through your mind during that class and how you perceived/remembered it because I thought it was so fucking funny.
@BenStoeger18710 ай бұрын
I remember it very differently. I didn’t care that he was shooting a G26 at all. He kept talking about it and I explained to him dudes had already shot a G26 on the super squad and I thought he could make GM with it no problem. Tony is on this made up hype train about himself.

No worries. To my recollection years later he went around trying to get on podcasts (including Joel’s) talking about shooting a G26 but he was ignored by a lot of people because he is an attention seeking weirdo. He is denigrating me just because I don’t want to talk to him or about him.

Doesn't need a military resume to teach shooting, but he's a Social Media circus show.. doesn't give anything useful,
