मैहर घराने का स्वर्णिम अध्याय। जुगलबंदी का इससे सुंदर, सुरीला और भव्य स्वरूप मैंने अब तक नहीं सुना। अत्यन्त दुर्लभतम प्रस्तुति। दोनों संगीत मार्तंड अप्रतिम थे, हैं और रहेंगे। तबले पर बेहतरीन संगत।

This is one of the best kiwanis that I have heard because of the rendition style; excellent accompaniment by great tabla player pt swapan chaudhury.Blending of two great maestros always produce superb rendition of raga.

What you wrote is true. I recommend L Shankar's carnatic version for a rendition that will appeal to Hindustani ears. Also MS Gopalakrishnans Hindustani version, he is one of the very few great masters of both systems. Both are on KZbin. If you do listen post your feedback.
