Fury still holds a world record though But it’s for the Highest Pants 😂

Dude came in weighing 281lbs (127kg), gassed by r4 and just clinched and threw nothing just leaned and leaned some more. Whatever Fury thought he was going into this fight, it wasn't that. Usyk is just a machine, plain and simple. Student of the game, and aware of who and what he wants to be in it. Guys like him are rare and I'm glad to be alive to see his like in the sport.

@zalamael18 күн бұрын
Fury raising his hand before the result was announced is just more of his con artistry, so he can sell the lie afterwards that he was certain he had won. That way him and Frank Warren can claim they were done dirty, whereas in reality, Usyk was done dirty in the first fight with the judges favouring Fury when the true result was the same (8 rounds to Usyk, 4 at best to Fury). If Fury admits he lost, then he would have to admit Usyk is better than he is, and that would hurt his fragile ego too much. It is much like fat people refusing to admit they are fat because of what they eat, because if they did, they would have to admit it is their own fault they are fat.

I think the problem with modern heavy weights is that they are so big they could bully and smother other fighters. Once in a while fighters like Usyk, Klitchko come along with technical knowledge and some size so that they cannot be completely bullied. And that is what we saw the other day, neither Joshua nor Fury were ready for fighters with excellent fundamentals mastered and a solid ring IQ. At both of their levels and training I do not think it would be possible for them to salvage their carriers anymore and I do not think anyone in Heavy weight at the moment can beat Usyk. I hope more heavy weights come in like Usyk with solid fundamentals and taller heights and weights I want to see that clash.

So I'm a big fan of both fighters, and I had Usyk winning but dang, not by 4 rounds. I thought it was closer than that. I'm obviously not a professional, but I had Usyk winning by 2 rounds. Even Joshua had it Usyk by a round. I definitely think that Usyk won the bout, but it was definitely not a complete shake down.
@Oleg_Odarchenko19 күн бұрын
@@spyderkiller6713 that doesn't matter at all mate. Most Fury fans started the boxing version of WW1, completely pointless whining. Imagine this: the only 1 round when Fury outlanded Usyk is the fourth round, by 1 punch. That's all. All other rounds were in favor of Usyk and only one round with a draw in punches(but Usyk had more power punches). Even if we look only at Power punches by every round - Fury loses 8 rounds of 12. This is what happened according to official stats. You probably aren't experienced enough to differentiate missed punches from landed ones. Fury had plenty of missed, he's an expert in that area: do a lot and nothing simultaneously. So 116-112 is even a generous score, since AI scored only 2 rounds to Fury, which I can imagine, to be honest, since clinches and punches to the air don't help to win the fight if you constantly walking backward and missing shots. Very one-sided judging happened in their first fight when Usyk's massive knockdown didn't even bother judges, while it had to be a unanimous win for Usyk. What happened in this is justified.
@spyderkiller671319 күн бұрын
@Oleg_Odarchenko Well I'm not whining. I thought it was a competitive fight. Fury is obviously on the down swing. He was (and is ) a great fighter. I just hope he doesn't try to stick around like Wilder did. The next thing that will probably happen is a Joshua v Fury fight.

Wilder was the hype job for American boxing fans. Fury exposed him, just goes to show that Fury does hove good skills to expose a guy who has limited boxing ability but great power. And now Usyk has schooled everyone including Fury, cleaned out two divisions of really good boxers in their prime. Zero defeats as a professional. Olympic champion, great amateur career. So yea Usyk might very well be the GOAT. Considering he has dominated the era of the best training methods and sports science. Two time Undisputed in the era of the most belts. Unified them after 20 years. He might as well could become 3 time Unidisputed. But hey, some people will diss him even if he somehow learns how to levitate.

I think it's extremely disrespectful and diminishing to the sport of boxing to say that one fighter losing to a better fighter makes them overhyped, overrated and basically makes them washed up. Fury is a skilled boxer and the closest competition Usyk has in three heavyweight division. Bellew is the only fighter I've seen who was actually beating Usyk on the cards quite clearly, until he got wiped out. In the heavyweight division since Lewis retired, the best boxers are Usyk and Fury. There's no shame in being 2nd to Usyk and many of those rounds were very close and could've gone either way. I genuinely think you could argue for 116-112 for either fighter, I'm actually shocked the judges didn't score it for Fury though to get that trilogy money

I think Usyk is a great role model because he works hard and achieves. At the same time, however, a lot of people got really interested in this sport because of Tyson Fury because he brought excitement to the heavyweight division. A lot of his fights, and not just the Wilder trilogy, were very exciting to watch and he deserves all the credit for those fights. The guy is emotionally unstable, obviously, but the way he came back from a lifestyle of sloth and hedonism to become the best yet again after his drug bender after he beat Klitschko is an absolute miracle. He is very talented boxer, and I would even venture to say that if he had actually trained and had the dedication of Usyk for his entire life, he would've absolutely destroyed Usyk. However, that's just what happens when talent doesn't work hard. I believe Tyson Fury did work hard for this fight, but it wasn't enough because he didn't live his life the way Usyk did, and his age will catch up to him a lot quicker than it will Usyk because of that fact. He's a great boxer and it a was a close fight. Usyk even said it was his toughest challenge. I think a lot of people are just so enraged by Fury's antics that they forget to be objective. Usyk beat Fury, but he didn't school Fury, and Fury exposed a lot of Usyk's weaknesses, but at the end of the day, hard work will pay off more than talent, and Fury would've been absolutely dominant if he had been more like Usyk, but that's just the nature of the beast.
Thank you brother for your honest comment and explaining exactly who they are{the boxers} and you put everything in his place . God BLESS you . peace ja

Here's the thing... Fury clearly isn't our generational fighter; that's Usyk. But Fury does (or at least should) have an interest in fighting Parker or Dubois to establish a strong #2. Only casuals thought Heavyweights were actually good boxers. That age left years ago. Tyson Fury is the most overrated Heavyweight of all time. Usyk is making his case for the greatest boxers ever. I believe he needs to go down a class and defeat all the new comers too.

Yea Fury is pretty fucking amazing . To be that big and love like that with an amazing IQ. With the most hellacious recovery time and chin ever

Not even a little bit true. Haha. People like heavyweight boxing because the stakes are the highest and the knockouts are more prevalent making it more unpredictable more exciting. There were plenty of great heavy weight boxers.
@prestonasher229118 күн бұрын
@Zenshirokojima there WAS plenty of great heavyweights. The other reasons you listed are what keeps them there. We all know the lower ranks are more technically sound.

I’ll tell you the exact problem with this fight! It was too easy for Tyson! Didn’t you learn last time, he doesn’t do well in easy fights!! 😂

I didn't get it. Why can't you like someone for their skill and be objective about it? If someone if good. And you like them for that. How is that not objective?

“Boxing is not a combat sport” have you ever fought dude? I guarantee it very much is a combat sport even though it’s artful it can be both as many martial arts are

Yes i have amateur boxing. Boxing cant be compared with Martial Art Sports
@theriguyayylmao376116 күн бұрын
@ it very much can be and it is one. It’s not in a separate realm from other combat sports or martial arts. All of them have elements of art in them whether you’re talking about boxing, bjj, or even mma. Some lean more heavily toward the art side and others lean more towards the combat side but boxing for instance is one that can fit closer to the middle. I’ll grant you that it leans a little more toward art than combat but to say it’s not a combat sport is ridiculously wrong. It’s one of the oldest modern combat sports and as such has had time to develop its art but make no mistake it’s still a fight dude

Your completely wrong. The heavyweight division has for some time been dominated by a standard of boxing that is not like Usyk. He is a once in a lifetime boxer, in this current era. The past had boxer's such as Ali and none in his era boxed like he did, but many had skills and could box, just not on his level. Tank and Garcia are great boxers but Tank is on another level. What Usyk has shown is that he is above them all in the heavyweight division, in skill level, footwork, punch output, boxing IQ. Fury had lost before he even stepped in the ring. He's said himself he's only fighting for money.

Heavyweights are not as skilled as lower weightclasses because they dont have to be...until now because Usyks set the new standard as long as he stays in the game. Lower weightclasses cant bank off of power and weight as much as heavyweights. Thats why they have to be more skilled. Usyk is the exception. You got that right. Thanks for watching!
