It would have been worse if she did this to a kid. She would have ended up being accused of being a child pedo by her parents and the public. ironically, had she left her hands off this 19 year old and called the cops immediately, it’s “possible” the young woman would have been dinged with indecent exposure the cops observed that her attire was revealing too much according to the local laws where this happened. But if a woman can wear a thong bathing suit to the beach in most public locales, it’s very unlikely anyone would have seen more privates than that no matter how short that skirt was. Still, I defer to the laws because many conservative locales have fairly strict attire laws. I don’t really know where this happened nor am I a lawyer, but I’ve traveled through the backroads of the US and Canada for many years of my life and have seen such laws posted in person or mentioned in AAA travel books.

@@MashaT22 the victim in this case said that she was wearing a pair of shorts under her skirt in order to be certain that she wouldn't expose anything that shouldn't be exposed in public. Even Daisy Dukes cover more than a thong bikini bottom. Also, according to the victim and her friends, Ida Ann Lorenzo lied when she claimed she was applauded for sexually assaulting the victim--they claimed the people around them in the waiting area all looked uncomfortable even before the group of friends confronted Lorenzo.

And the girl clothing is the extension of her body as it was directly attached to it as per the battery statue (e.g,if I hit the phone you are holding in your hand, that's the same as I am hitting your hand). She is going to get convicted, whether or not she is going to serve jail time depends.

I'm convinced Ida Ann Lorenzo called the police on herself because this was not the first time she's either yanked down on a young woman's skirt or yanked up on a young woman's neckline and gotten away with it. It's never the first time someone does something--when you look closely at their history, there's always a pattern of similar incidents in their past that escalate until they finally get into trouble for it.
