Other states have done that, but the money comes from the organizations that wanted to introduce the wolves and after about 2 years the money is gone and the organization don't care. They act like it's not their problem anymore.

Grizzlies were native too so that would be fair enough. The assessment would mostly be about how much 'space' there is for them in the ecosystem today and the benefit of reintroduction.
