I rode the Auzb Fat trike for 10.000 km across Europe and Africa. And a Auzb tricon 20" for 30.000 km across Europe and Asia. No motor on both. I will soon start a new long trip across Europe and Asia on a Azub Fat again.

I am so lucky to have bought my Catrike Dumont which is so easy to fold. Thanks for making me proud.

I see you posted a year ago. I’m thinking about getting a Dumont. Now that you’ve had yours or a year, how do you like it? Was it worth the extra cost?

That looks like a lot of fun. 🤩

I wonder if one can install regular road wheels using spacers, and swap the wheels, allowing the same frame to be used for both road and snow/trail.

Would you also switch out the cassettes, too, with your customization??! The factory 10-34 cassettes that recumbents normally come with really suck... Why not 11-51 12 speed cassettes?!?

Took lol 10 minutes to see all the adjustments but I definitely like forward and aft for the adjustment of the seat which eliminates having to change the fitting of the chain if you got to move it too far. How come you don't do that with all your trikes or can you do that with all your trikes
@UtahTrikesOnline4 жыл бұрын
Some trikes are more adjustable than others. Some have all the adjustment in the boom, while others use the seat and boom.

Iv recently gotten into cycling and am already interested in getting into a recumbent trike. I live in Arkansas we have a lot of mountain bikers here in the northwest portion of the state like Bentonville, and in central Arkansas like Little Rock where I live, it’s more of a road cycling culture. I really want this Azub Fatty, me being a bigger guy I think it would be a great ride for me. Thanks for making this video it give me something to think about, it’s a bad a#% trike that’s for sure.

Can you show howe to use the ideal position system works for the tifly series. if i look for it, they show it on a rigid frame like the frame for the fat, but the tifly frame is different build 🤔 i do have the small carrier attached maybe that limits the second IPS hole.

The Azub Fat has a tighter turning radius then ICE Full Fat, due to its pitchfork frame. The Azub Fat is also cheaper the ICE Fat, if you leave out the folding mechanism. The brake levers are at the normal position with the Azub, the ICE Fat brake levers is located at the bottom of the handle. Both Azub and ICE are high quality Fat trikes, so it is up to buyer to select. I own an ICE Fat, but I have rode an Azub with a dealer in Germany. The Azub Fat has been used in Siberia, on Lake Baikal. See the trailer: kzbin.info/www/bejne/epqwpIaXjrFlb5I So the Azub is Alaska proof.

I have an idea maybe you guys could do something with it the bicycle chain where it clicks together to make it a whole chain what that piece was a bright color so all of us older guys can see it if we have to do a repair just a thought thank you

I'd find it or get some young eyes to find it and mark it with a dab of bright paint.

That is not how you adjust the handlebars
@UtahTrikesOnline4 жыл бұрын
The handlebars should be fine-tune adjusted by loosening the stem bolts and rotating the handlebars forward. If you are sharing your trike and making adjustments to the seat for riders you can use the quick release instead of breaking out the allen wrench. We regret not showing this in the video.
