Hi Sir, I am 17 weeks pregnant. On our 3rd month NT scan, a cysts was observed for the fetus on the lower left quadrant of the abdomen. The rest scan was ok. The doctor suggested to go for a scan the next month. The next month, the cyst has disappeared, but, echogenic bowel is found. So, the doctor suggested amniocentesis. Will these be any cause for any complications?we have done double marker test and it showed low risk and the nt scan was Normal except for the cysts found. For the 4th month, the rest of the scan is normal, but an echogenic bowel. Really worried and tensed, sir. Is there anything to worry sir?
