Thank you for sharing your video. I went to Fairbanks in the 90s, my younger brother was stationed there. I was there for 3 weeks It's one of the best vacations ever. We drove down to Valdez and his friends took me out for a 3 day fishing trip, on a 52' fishing boat. I have to say that was the best trip. Just the owner of the boat, and a few other friends. He only charged me $100, for the 3 days and he pulled up fresh crab and shrimp. My niece and her husband just moved to Juneau, they are both doctors. And have invited me to come visit this year in June. Can't wait as I am retired now. This was a great video.❤

@@buzzinaroundtheworld1632Thank you, I'm very excited to see Juneau. They live on the water. I spent my childhood in Europe every summer as a child. My mum was from England, and my dad sent us every year so my mom could see her family. I love traveling, and meeting new friends. And enjoy seeing how other cultures live. 😊

How much is a beer in Utqiagvik?
@buzzinaroundtheworld163220 күн бұрын
I do not drink alcohol so I’m not the best person to ask. But, I believe the sale of alcohol is not allowed in Utqiagvik.

The people of Utqiagvik voted to change the name from Barrow to the original Iñupiaq language name in 2016.
