Seeing as cen10 played them twice also I think the ban is more the CIF wanting MD and SJB 2 remain so dominant and lessen the chance of guys leaving 4 IMG who's the only school thats going 2 compete with each year in and out these days. Bosco had some 5* WR cut 4 IMG a few years ago and MD possibly best secondary player ever went there his Sr year so he could reach LSU early

I was like maybe they put that rule in place because the they know IMG is going to be top 3 every year and know they may play them and lose that #1 spot every other year. IF that's the case I think that's pretty messed up. I say just let the kids play and learn what its like to take a lose every now and again. @@jbthajugganaut2003 The difference between JV and Varsity on any team is massive. Most sophomores (and even some frosh) who have potential are moved up to varsity early. Conversely, any juniors on JV have very little upside. An example : When DLS was in the midst of its long winning streak during the 90s, its JV team would lose a few games every year. Why? Because the top sophomores and juniors are already on varsity. The same with any other team including MD and SJB. The talent differential is huge.

Bosco refused St. France but STA took the game on national TV so whose ducking who? STA is 3-0 against elite Cali teams and one of their teams was a state champion

ESPN can't televise games in Socal because all the Socal teams have a deal with Fox Sports. Bosco in 2018 played Miliani from Hawaii and Timpview from Utah when DJ was there lol. Thats on the coaches bruh not us. Bosco's coaching staff avoids St. France and STA.

I know people generally wonder why Bosco isn’t #1 more often it’s because when it comes to NATIONALLY RANKED OUT OF STATE VS TOP 5 teams or higher they are so far 0-3 in their showdowns (lost to Gorman #1 twice and STA ). Mater Dei so far is 2-0 against their elite out of state duels (IMG finished #2 and St .Frances Academy finished #2). I know for a fact St. Frances tried playing Bosco even begging for a game this season and willing to travel but they declined according to prepgridironlogistics (they set up national games out of state). Not being a hater these are just facts! As an out of state guy I definitely want to see Bosco against elite top 5 competition and not duck SFA, STA, American Heritage Plantation, etc. They’re still good and I respect them but they gotta play the best out of state

@@Goldengamer444 Playing an OOS team that's ranked Top 5 means alot more to the program than these creampuff out of state games because then it reveals your coaching. When I saw Aquinas play Bosco in person their coaching staff had a very hard time making adjustments because they had equal talent so it made me sus of them. They still good but I think Aquinas could beat Bosco double digit scores with one of their better teams easy if they played again. Tell Bosco to sign the contract. I know STA played St France this year and Bosco wanted none of them so who is ducking who?

And that game in FLA was all FGs and went into OT seems like neither team made much of an adjustment. STA played SFA this year that's the first good OOS them they've played since bosco🤣 I'm gonna assume the team happily lining up and hosting/traveling 2 multiple ranked teams a year isn't doing the ducking, STA won't won't play IMG ONE TIME yo stop it

@@StacksB All Mater Dei starters are from Cali. The only kid that starts that's not local is #4 Raleek and he's from Cali just from Northern Cali. He moved to go there as a sophomore and he was already a 5 star. He wanted to play in the big games and get college prepared by going against tougher competition. Most of MD players played together in Pop Warner for the OG Ducks or OC Buckeyes. I'm sure 80% of their skill positions and secondary come from the same Pop Warner program. All this MD recruit is silly they have a feeder program from the top youth program. Why do you have to recruit when every player and parent want to play for you. If you ask a 7 year old in LA 80% will say they're going to Bosco, 20% to Mater Dei. If you ask a 7 year old in the IE or Orange County 80% will say Mater Dei 20% Bosco. That's facts. Anybody saying different don't know what the hell they talking about.
