Take the banana flower and remove the vein and plastic like part inside it and cut them into two pieces along with this add chickpeas and dal which have been soaked for 4 hours and put these three in a mixer and grind them coarsely.
Put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, groundnuts, fenugreek seeds, gram flour and cumin seeds and when they turn golden brown, add one chopped onion, one green chilli, chopped tomatoes, add turmeric powder and salt and saute well.When all these are fried well, add some sour water which has been dissolved in it and let it boil. After some time add the grated coconut paste to this and add required water and let it boil well.Add the required amount of chili powder to the broth and let the broth boil well.Take the ground pulp into small balls and keep them in an idli plate and keep it boiled well.At this stage, add the boiled banana pulses one by one to the boiling broth, cover it for a while and let the broth boil.Once the gravy is cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot.
Banana Joint Recipe:
Take the required amount of banana, comb the skin and cut it into small pieces and keep it. When the oil is hot in the pan, add some chopped onion and salt and fry it.Add peeled coconut, aniseed, two green chillies in a mixer and grind it into a paste and boil it along with the boiling banana.Once the plantain mixture is cooked well, transfer it to another vessel, now add the mustard greens, chickpeas, cumin seeds, red chilli and mix it with the plantain mixture and serve hot.
