My house is at Cochin, wall getting wet n dampened from the bottom, enginers say it comes from the bottom, all bricks get from bottom n it slowly comes up to 6 ft level n the wall get dampned, that too saltish water. several times replastered with waterproofing compund n all, but still the problem not solved,Pl suggest what we can do ?

Do have seen any where water flows upward due to gravity, it won't goes ,unless a water pressure is there,please consult a good waterproofing expert near your area,show him all the roof,sunshade,exterior plumbing joints,...etc
