How to get rid off knee pain ? Last when I do elliptical after a week I got knee pain so I stopped. I am again started. I have foot pain but manageable. I am not that much obese . Just over weight category. Suggest some exercise for knee pain. Precautions and joint wellness. I use running shoes .

Hai Anna, I do walking every day for 1 hr like that, but I don't know about these minute tips for walking. Really superb Anna, you are giving lots of minute tips. As of now I am 66 kg, I started the basic exercise which you taught and doing walking also. This is my fourth day in my weight loss journey. I will update on my 100th day, but I need a exercise to reduce my arms fat,my arms are looking bad. Please help on this anna
