An easy and delicious recipe inspired by Chef Suresh Pillai... it's just used minimal spices hence the actual taste of prawns can be feel in every bites!
Ingredients:
Cleaned prawns. - 500 gms
Turmeric powder. - 1/2 tsp
Crushed pepper. - 1-2 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic cloves - 5-6 with skin
Ginger Crushed - 10 gm
Green chillies slit. - 5-6 Pcs
Few Curry leaves
Thick Coconut milk - 50 ml
Coconut oil. - 2-3 Table Spoon
