There’s a few, kind of hidden ways to increase your power at level 60-61 -Jewelcrafting Table is one (crafting jewels that compliment your play style) -The Altar of stygian Awakening (Unlock all first row passives) - And the more obvious one is to make sure you unlock and drink all the potions you can, before the fight.

I figured it out. There was a jewelry upgrade that I missed.

Did you have the scourgestone pendant equipped, instead of upgrading it to one of the level 18 pendants?
