You need to put oil to the ball joints of the original throttle crap so it works nicely

Then they pop out even easily 😂 well on a stock car they work good if you get them to run smooth, but on these tuning pumps you need longer throttle movement so the stock throttle system needs some modification to make it work. So i prefer this easyer solution.

@@Blomppo995 Yea well usually they start popping out because they are so worn out for being dry and the excess movement doesnt help😂. But whatever works the best for you✌️

You will need a overspeed gearbox, like 6-speed or some other that is over 1-1 on highest gear, the engine will scream for death on highway otherwise 😁

3.67 asd with stock merc 190e 5 speed gearbox. Will that work?

Hi, do you have any idea of what amount of pressure for the ASD? I put mine in and it skipped and clunked like a welded differential. Once I released the pressure it drove perfect again. I need to work out how much pressure to put it under.

You need to spin one wheel and add pressure at the same time, you can feel when it starts locking.

3,96 ratio is standart on a 250td 😐 3k rpm at 100km/h now i have an om606 with 3,26 and have 3k rpm at around 135km/h

Yes but 250 has overspeed gearbox, and you probably have that on the 606 too? The 5speed ZF gearbox is 1:1 in 5:th gear and then you need lower ratio. I have 2.5k rpm in 100km/h with 2.65 ratio and ZF gearbox in my other benz.

@@Blomppo995 ah ok i'm currently using the manual 5 speed from MB but i'm thinking about to switch over to a 722.4 automatik gearbox (it's laying around together wich my other 606)

Yes regular mercedes 5 speed boxes have overspeed on 5:th gear. You should get a 722.3 or 722.6 instead, the 722.4 are extremely weak boxes.

Diffen blir väl låst hela tiden om man sätter fett i den istället för att ha asd systemet eller? Ska sätta asd diff på min 124 men vet inte riktigt hur jag ska göra. Som du gör verkar ju enkelt iaf :D

Man pressar bara in lite fett så att det börjar låsa lite, så funkar det som en LSD. Men man måste fylla på lite fett efter att lamellerna börjar slitas.

I think W124 300 Turbo Diesel and E300D OM606 N/A 136 HP has the same measures, are the larger ones, E300D has the small purge-bleed hose to expansion cooling tank in the radiator, I blocked it with a 8mm cap.

Juu oon määki tehny jos ei oo ollu sitä paksua palkkia. Yhellä tuttavalla oli penkki mut hän möi sen tässä jonkun aikaa sitte.
