Chris you’ve done an enormous amount of cleaning, modifying and repairing of items. Honestly it’s like a brand new Jeep now, there’s something to be said for taking care of your equipment… It’s good that you created a list to keep a handle on what’s been done… That Jetboil is unbelievably pricey for what it is, I’m hoping it works out and lasts for a long time to come… Im still baffled by the fact that Jeep hasn’t stepped up to at least partially sponsor your adventures. You’ve truly shown what the Jeep is capable of, and without a lot of heavy modifications as some off-road/over landers have done… You and Shannon enjoy time with family and stay safe.

Ontario: Windigo Lake is as far as you can go north on an official road using 599. Quebec: James Bay using Rte. de la Baie James. These are both in/out roads, no loops are possible. I'm still debating whether or not to do the Windigo Lake this year or wait until next summer. Out west, you can go much further north, there's no comparison to Ontario/Quebec. I'd suggest bringing extra fuel.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to carry a paint pen with you, and any time you resolve a clunk or loose bolt noise, give the bolt/nut and mounting surface an alignment mark to visually inspect at whatever interval you feel is necessary. If a clunk or loose bolt noise comes back over a given time frame, or after travel over a particular type of terrian, you will be able to make a dialed in decision to get this part replaced or upgraded to reduce or avoid any further issues.

Neat idea. I thought about an electrified 4WD adventure pretty deeply fairly recently myself before ultimately rejecting it for similar reasons to the other commenters. All electric is great, but until the range significantly improves (imagine 1000 mile range which is coming someday), it probably isn't going to be practical for overlanding for most people.
