Key for driving on track is the physical shape of your legs and abs, i have tried couple of times on track and my body felt the pain right away if you do the right things like hanging with the knees on the tank or during hard braking squizing the knees to not fall in front and maintain your weight on the back wheel, this is the basics to get better but remember you must be trained and this need to be done prior of getting at the track

My stiff ass hips won’t let me stick my knee out. Still got it down in the track tho just had to lean the bikeover more.

I saw loris at pitt race 2 years ago when he was in motoamerica. I was deeply disapointed in the fact hes as tall as me and 5xs faster. I have no excuse 😢
