This was a great video. I hope you will be doing more of the cooking shows Judy. I was so disappointed that you gave away the pie before showing it to us. I wanted to see the consistency of it when it was ready. What temperature did you bake the pie? The lemon peels don't make it bitter? My wife used the peels in her pesto one time, and it made the pesto bitter. We have a couple lemon trees, so are always looking for creative ways to use the lemons. Alos, what food processor are you using? It seems so robust. Ours is a little anemic. Merry Christmas!

Thanks for watching! Oven temp: 350, Black & Decker model fp4200. I think we got it at Walmart. Not bitter at all and after the night in the refrigerator it has a great consistency. Keep in mind 1 1/4 cup sugar for Meyer lemons and 1 1/2 for regular lemons. We have some other lemon recipes in mind for future videos. Merry Christmas!!
