I use the Leger Clinic and Sustanon as they both suit my budget but I LOVE TMHC videos. If it was cheaper I'd be over in a flash but the subscription service at Leger is good for me right now. Maybe one day I'll be able to splash on the gold standard. Thanks for the thoughts doc, great vids

Because of your video's mostly, there were other's but yours's started the concern in my head about HCG. I've recently had my doc prescribe me HCG. I've been on TRT mono therapy for around 11 months at this point. I take daily injections IM cypionate 20mg's. He's proscribed me 50 units HCG twice a week.. He originally proscribed me my TRT shots for twice a week but my estrogen was a bit high 60 pg/mL and he wanted to put me on an AI but I opted to just increase my dosage frequency again mostly because of your video's. I'd like my protocol to be similar to yours were I'm taking less test and more hcg. How this is going to pan out as far as titrating my TRT dose down as my testicles start to produce test on there own again I don't know. My doc has not clarified that aspect yet. I'm studying the possibility of just running hcg mono therapy. My total was around 300 ng/dl to begin with so I'm thinking the hcg could boost my testicles to produce more bringing me to a more optimal/healthy level. I also think 200mg a week starting out is too much, and yes you are correct there are TRT clinic's here in America who start there patients at this dose. They also start them on AI's right out of the gate, not all but they do. But there's really no standard it's all over the place as far as dosage protocol goes. No one as far as I've heard starts there patients on HCG and Test at the same time starting out at least not those not concerned about making baby's. Thanks for revealing your number's. Very interesting. It was a bit difficult translating nmol/L to ng/dL or pg/mL's. Still not really sure what your free T is couldn't figure out how to translate that into pg/mL's. Can't believe your estrogen was that low. You must be genetically gifted in that area. Good job!

I have found it to be very useful in conjunction with TRT. I haven't pulled the bloodwork but I would bet money that it does raise DHT. My mood, libido, and erection quality is significantly improved with it.

Thanks for sharing your personal levels. I noticed that you mentioned that you recommended enanthate be taken every other day. I see on your website you mention daily, and mentioned both shallow IM and subcutaneous injection. Can any of the above be used, or do you have a preferred method and frequency? Also, when taken alongside HCG, I assume it should be daily, regardless of the enanthate schedule. Thanks again.

Hi Doc, hope you´re fine. Just one doubt as many doctors state that a 5% E2/Testosterone ratio is Gold Standard, and your ratio is of 2,5%. Libido at this last one should be ok?

87.5mg per week but I get a lot of intratesticular testosterone from HCG

They really want to know how you got buff on such a low dose when they've only been on TRT for 5 weeks, never trained in their lives and it's just not "working" You must be juicing Doc 🙄🤣
