Super chef ❤️ நீங்கள் சொல்வது போல தான் நான் செய்கிறேன். 2 tablespoon பச்சரிசி சேர்த்து ஊற வைத்து அரைப்பேன், எண்ணெய் குடிக்காது,brown colour and crispy ஆ இருக்கும்.ஊற வைப்பதே fridge ல தான்.

Chef, prepared vadai today. Had it along with ur 'kalyana sambar' recipe. அட அட அட yenna taste u! Yenna oru morumoruppu! Neenga sonna madiriye vadai paper madiri lesa irundhuchu. It was such a bliss to eat the vadais along with sambar. Sila dishes saapdumbodhu dha it'll put a smile on our faces. It is one such dish. Thank you chef for these wonderful recipes 🙏🙏

Hi I tried this today it came out really well ,thanks chef. One suggestion it will be good if you give tips if the vadai batter doesn't float in the water before frying ,because I was tensioned :) and was praying that it should float
