What's the asset requirements on VA form 21P-527EZ for SMC? I have read $127k, but form indicates $25k. Also land in addition to 2 acres implies...?

I'm a 66 year old veteran on VA Compensation and retirement social security. I'm a live-in caretaker who's caring for my 85 year old mother with dementia. Am I eligible for a monthly payment from the VA or Social Security Administration? I've been taking care of Mom for around 6 years now.

So they have programs. Just try to get them. You will be met with a long list of requirements. I tried the Benefits For Elderly Disabled Veterans. It didn't work and I have a VA disability. I live in the Philippines but that should not matter. I did what they told me to do and went and got a doctors statement of my condition but because they could not physically see how I walked, they closed the case. So, don't get your hopes up.
