My understanding of VA foreign medical program is that all medical service must be service connected-1 to 100%. For those who served and survived fall through the crack. I am one of those living abroad. If I get sick like non veterans there is no help for me from the VA. I must have medical insurance or go naked. I was not an officer. It might be different for them. So, I watched it twice and "service connected disability" jumped out to me. We are tihs out of luck.

FMP is under investigation by the GAO. GAO has an online survey but I can't post a link here. I have a f b group call FMP and VA Disability where you can fill it out.

I have a disability rating 100 percent P&T. I have had cancer 2 times (not service connected). Am I covered with FMP for cancer exams being 100 percent P&T?
