Simply superb and Excellent. I remember my mother's home in the village which had 3 piece door frame for the pooja room. It was around 200 yrs old house. May be that door was around 100 years old. With first outer one with Elephants, Middle one with Peacocks and the inner most was with flowers. The entire house was sold 18 years back for just less than a lakh of rupees. I had no knowledge of the sale. A huge plot of 60 ft x 220 ft with 45% built up. I missed it and still paining me for not buying it from my cousins.

Great work, really talented. I have seen many videos of carpentery. Especially the Japanese carpenters for almost 4 to 5 years now and always searched for Indian traditional carpenters but could hardly fond one. At last I could see your videos and happy to see all your explanation about various woods and why ancestors choose each. Sir for long I tried to find someone who would have a post on a particular cot which is foldable and the top of the cot is of jamakalam. But sadly I could not find one . If possible you can make a video on how to make such cot. I would be thankful.

We used to do these type of works in northern part of India.We did this as traditional work(our ancestors use to do)but sadly this works has gone to cheaper muslim labour which were taught this art by our elders.
