Vacant Land For New Build | What Are The Things You Need To Know
We're going to look at a piece of vacant land for the purpose of doing new construction. In this video, I'm taking you with me to evaluate that land, determine the numbers where that property needs to be bought, look for the ARV by checking out the area, meet up with a potential partner, figure out how we're going to structure a deal.
