Real good. Please try adding one or 2 teaspoons of methi seeds when rice and lentils are soaked. You will see the difference.

Mouth🤤🤤🤤Watering🤤🤤🤤Yummm👌🏼my grandsons & their wives - my grand daughters-in-law, all like this very much👌🏼I like to ferment after grinding as it is more healthy & gives it a slight sour taste, which is what our family likes👍🏼I also add Fenugreek/Methi when I soak rice + daals. Thank u for posting the ingredients list in English in the description box👍🏼 as I Don't understand ur language😊 Plz post more recipes of Traditional Vegetarian Kerala cusine. Thx & take care. God bless ur family & u🪷☀️

Indians please the traditional recipes as it is. Fermentation is one of the healthiest step which is necessary for healthy gut. Which means no autoimmune diseases. So do not look for quick recipes but healthy ones. Even if fermentation is not necessary, go ahead and ferment all dosa batters to get benefits from good bacteria and also fermentation reduces the lectins present in most grains.
