best bar wars so far! I love the choice of exercises! During some of the last bar wars the exercises were pretty basic, it's nice to see that you included OAP and frontlever in this one! Also the reps were clean AF. Now compare that to some of the previous battles. Finally, the music builds great tension throughout the video, I love how it switches a few times!

Thanks a lot! Since we started Bar Wars it's been a learning process in many aspects (exercise selction, judging, judge selection, editing etc). Of course there are still many things to improve, but it's great when we have constructive criticism from the viewers to keep improving.

Попробовал я повторить то же самое, думая что это будет как прогулка ) Но на деле всё оказалось куда сложнее ) За те 5 минут что они выполняли упражнения я успел пройти до отжиманий на брусьях. Так что я поставил цель повторить всё что они сделали за 5 минут и меньше. Прокачка верха обеспечена. Если бы ещё и приседания включили, то был бы топ баттл.

Vadym is a straight up calisthenics monster! Other guy is clearly very strong as well! Respect to both athletes. Kind of interesting though how Bertrand is always part of the losing team in these battles most of the time; I think Adam knew that Vadym was going to crush this battle from how hard Vadym trains in the gym; if you guys underestimate Vadym which I've already seen a few idiots on here do, then go on instagram or search for his videos on youtube and you'll see that his training sessions are about strength, power, muscular endurance, repetitions and really really clean form. His one arm pull ups were legit too so to the few boneheads talking about that, please just stop, just show respect to both of these athletes who are insanely strong and have great muscular endurance.
