Why and When to Use Empathy Maps? (Livestream highlight)

Just like any other method in UX and user research activities, it's a tool that needs to be applied to solve specific problems or aid the user-centric/interpersonal/cross-functional ways of working.

I have difficulty differentiating between think and tell parts of the map, when i am using users reviews as a basis for the research since they can go to either category Or maybe they should be in the same category?
