I posted the link to the explanation on melmoth blog as a reply, but I think it didn't get posted as I don't see my message in the "incognito" window. Maybe YT thought it was a spam. In a nutshell, it says: the channel was shutdown for copyright violations due to multiple complaints from the Vaganova academy. "The exam videos are private events not public performance, it's their property and cannot be released without their consent, they can only be released if the teacher in charge of the class wants it to go public e.g. Tsiskaridze released footage of his exams. The team behind Ballet Flowers tried to negotiate with the academy, but since the channel is still closed, we can assume it didn't work. I found this entry by searching for "what happened with ballet flowers", it came out as the first link. You can also search for "Ballet Flowers KZbin Channel Shut Down".
