I love gymnastic rings! They're an awesome piece of equipment to have. You can even hang them from your pull-up bar if you don't have a spot to hang them indoors or outdoors. It limits your exercises, but you can still do push-ups, dips, pull-ups, and rows. ALL your videos are cool and informative. I know it's your lifestyle, but thanks for the new exercises and even reinforcing/reminding me of the the forgotten exercises. Keep it real. Keep it simple.

First, you want to build a stable foundation to work with. Meaning... strong arms, back, chest, core and legs. Basic body weight exercise will help you accomplish your goal. Sit-ups, crunches, and reverse sit-ups/reverse crunchs are a good start to help with your core. I would start out with knee push-ups (in the push-up position, but on your knees instead of the normal position) and the plank, if, your push-ups are lacking. The plank helps pretty much your whole upper body including your core as well. The plank can be down on your elbows (most common) OR on your hands (top position of the push-up). If you cannot do pull-ups, practice hanging from the bar for a certain amount of time. Also, stand on a chair or something so you can put yourself at the top position of the pull-up and practice holding yourself there AND lowering yourself down as slowly as possible. Hip bridges will help strengthen your lower back. Squats(wide stance, shoulder width, and legs together) and lunges(forward, reverse, and transverse) will help strengthen your legs and core and help with lower body mobility. Remember to warm up before your workouts and stretch after OR on off days. These are just some bodyweight exercises. Once you get these down you can move onto more advanced exercises. If you're completely knew to training it is going to take a lot of time and Patience on your part if you want to do more advanced things like gymnastics. Every day you train keep in your mind the greater picture. Also, if you're struggling, you're NOT alone. There are many of us working hard and pushing through. Remember, if you give up you'll never reach your goal. Keep it real. Keep it simple.

Does anyone know how his workout routines are set up? Is it full body every time he works out? or Does he focus on certain muscle groups
