How are you able to run the valence diagnostic software from your phone? What phone model is it? Is the app native or are running some kind of emulation? Thanks

Buy the way, when you were wiring BMS wires to the batteries it looked as if you were soldering the wires to the negative ends of the batteries & only 1 wire went to the positive end.

@@yousun2827 RS485 devices need a unique address. Can you set Device Address for Valence circuit board?

Hello there long time no speak. I have just purchased the valance U27-12XP Battery balance board communication USB device from you. Now I have the valance battery in my shed. What color wires go to the communication port on the battery it's self what order do they go in to connect to my laptop. Thanks. I will buy more 27ah batteries off you if you can reduce the posting cost a bit. I have already bought 9 of these batteries off you in the past. I'm after another 3 so I can make it a 4s. Thanks.
