It’s amazing how you can still go back to a normal life even with a baby. Here I thought having a newborn baby was going to change your whole life and things will never be the same (Going to the gym, spending time together...) but here you two are living the same as you did before you were pregnant! (P.S: I know life will actually never be the same in a good way and you can bounce back now because River is young and things are going to get more complicated when she’s actually a child but wow still!)

I can understand why you feel it may be 'too loud', but it all depends on how you style it. With a restrained accompanying garments, (eg black slacks/jeans and a white shirt) it would look smashing, not too much at all. Worth considering. Thank you for the video. It really was epic!

I've missed your vlogs! So great to see you again :) And props for taking the time you want and need for family and getting used to life with River! I don't know how you feel about a labor/delivery story video, but I would love to hear your thoughts and experience with c-section recovery while taking care of a newborn. I'm almost two weeks out from and unplanned c-section (baby girl was breech and labor was not progressing naturally) and still feel a little lost and overwhelmed navigating all this new territory.
