Some of the comments are really piss me off. It "looks like its easy" because shes a damn good momma and it comes off effortlessly but that doesn't mean shes not a busy, hands on mom. It looks effortless but don't let it fool you, she busts her ass taking care of the kids and running a business. Even with a nanny, shes still kicking ass and changing diapers haha Its infuriating to read comments saying moms who have nannies are slackers or lazy or aren't raising their kids properly and don't love their kids or want to spend time with them... its a bullshit stigma that needs to stop ... 1) theyre just salty jealous they dont have help haha 2) its been statistically proven that moms who employ a nanny for just 2 hours, one day a weekm are more patient, calm, hands on, supportive and overall happy thus their kids are also more patient, calm and happy.. getting help does NOT make you a bad mom. Drowning in the stress, anxiety and workload of motherhood and not asking for a lifesaver because of your pride is whats wrong... its not wrong when asking for help when you know you and your kids would benefit. A nanny isnt a luxury everyone has, unfortunately i have absolutely no family or help but you bet if i had the funds id be throwing it at ppl to help me haha asking for help doesnt mean you're inadequate, it means you're wise enough to know when to set your pride and unattainable expectations to the side and do whats right. I find it so upsetting because there are so many moms out there over working themselves and constantly not feeling good enough because the "elitist" moms pick apart everyone elses parenting and berate other moms. Instead of being supportive and building up other moms they'd rather inform them of every tiny thing they think is wrong. Its those moms that make so many of us moms terrified to ask for help out of fear of being seen as a horrible mother. The stigma surrounding a mom asking for help needs to stop... im sick of it... the expression "it takes a village to raise a child" exists for a reason. Hiring a nanny is no different than a friend or family member babysitting so what the f*ck are all going on about?!? Knock it off... uplift other moms, we are all in this together. .. if you dont like the idea of having a nanny, thats perfectly fine, but dont put down, berate and tear down parents that do. P.s, i still say they freak out because of sheer jealousy over not having their own nanny 😅 haha

Storie Smith well said, I am not even a mom myself, but I notice this toxic hostility and comparing and uninformed nitpicking towards mothers (also how beautiful would it be if the whole expectations weren’t only loaded on mothers but the father or other partner was considered as responsible as mothers).

I agree. My best friend is currently being a full time, live-in nanny to a young family of three little boys (toddler and twins) and even with that help the mother still struggles a little! It's perfectly acceptable to have extra help if that's what you need and that's what works for your routine

Its true about how the mother feel during pregnancy would dominate the future kids's character. When I was little, I remember crying a lot, everything upsets me, people saying little things would hurt my feelings, i remember constantly feeling shy and somehow isolated among other kids. And I found my mom's little journal she wrote at 91. She wrote a lot about how painful her pregnancy was.. she was moving and alone all the time.. a lot about how she couldnt make it anymore and how it was the most painful time of her life. Then I understand how I was. I could think most logical thing even when I was little, i would say I was a smart kid.. but I never understand the overwhelming emotion I always felt & I just remove myself from group settings when I felt the way I was feeling

Max is so cute. Where are the 2 nannies though??? Don't they normally take care of Max while Jake and Ben are at school? One of the things I admire about you, is that you're normally honest and unapologetic about having nannies. There are several family vloggers who have secret nannies and assistants that they hide.

She explained that she likes spending time with Max during day for bonding time and their Nanny helps with cleaning when shes not needed with the kiddos. Which I love because i feel like moms can spend more quality time with their kids when theyre not stressed to the maximum with a full load. I was a military wife when i had my oldest and he was deployed when i gave birth so for thr first year i was 100% on my own in a new state where i knew no one. It was hell and ill always feel like it kept me from being able to just enjoy being a new mom. Which is why there's an 8 yr gap between my kids lol i was terrified but thankfully with my second (shes now 5) my oldest (shes 13) is such a big help that it makes it to where we can all 3 spend quality time together and we absolutely love it, we have so much fun haha its complete night and day when you have absolutely no help at all vs even a smidge of help. I can tell im such a better mom when I have even the smallest help.

@@nomdeplume2213 Um that's great. I never said there was anything wrong with having nanny or any help. There are vloggers on her who have nannies and assistants, but hide them to come across as more relatable. I was just hoping she wasn't going to start pretending like she didn't have nannies because of other peoples responses.

Valeria I am the mom of my first newborn (7weeks) and I want to thank you so so much for this video!!!! Now I know that....it's all ok. It is ok that I spend all day in my pijamas because I have absolutely no time to dress up, I also feed for 40 minutes sometimes an hour and good to hear that babies can est so long and they want to eat every hour or two if you are lucky three hours beacuse with all these insta moms who claim that they feed their babies for 5 minutes I am like...whaaaaat? What am I doing wrong? I also use formula and I felt so bad because of it, like what am I doing wrong? Why is he hungry? Why I don't have enough milk? It is 4 am where I live and I am so glad I watched this video because I feel like it's a new start for me, well for us :) because also thank you for reminding me that he can feel my mood and I should be more chill and have more fun from this beautiful time together and not only worry and be afraid of everything. Ps. Yes!!!! Sleep when your baby sleeps ( I have the same face as you when I hear that sentence😉😉) Once again thank you so so much!😘😘

I am only 21 and I don’t plan to have a baby soon but this video just made me sooo happy🙉😍☺️. It is such a beautiful thing to watch. Maybe also because i love children. I love the realness of the vloges and your other content. I have to say thank you for this because I can see that you put a lot of effort into it and you show a lot of things that can make you vulnerable. I always read the comments and people can be very mean. That being said, today I read a quote that it really goes with the video: “we live in a society that expects women to work as if they don’t have children and raise their children like they don’t have work “. If somebody is a superwomen and can do everything perfect on their own - then good for you but this does not give you the right to judge somebody else if she can’t. Everybody that has children or works a lot needs help with one thing or another. Some get from their parents and other from hiring somebody. Is this making a person weak?? Or a bad mom? Not at all!! It makes her stronger because she can put much more focus on things that matter more for her. If you have a problem with it then you can put your own opinion into practice but don’t think that if somebody doesn’t do it it like you makes her weaker or not as good as you. It is just different way of managing and taking care of loved ones. Wish you all the best!😉

Hey Valeria, there's a song by Nichole Nordeman called Slow Down that I would recommend you to listen. It is about all the new mums who would like to freeze time and have their babies stay babies for a little longer 😅😅 it made me emotional, and I don't even have kids, I'm sure you will like it.

Children are God's form and blessings on earth. May every child have a healthy, joyful, glorified and fun-filled family and friends around to feel love and care. May there be an exchange of happiness and innocent bubbly energy all around the place wherever they are!!....

Plz mamm your videos are really very great. But I have a suggestion for you that you turn of comments because it's very hard to take as a person who is very much filled with good thoughts and emotions. Plz mam it's a request because some comments are really disgusting. 😤😤

Also, we need more videos like these... perhaps you could talk to women who are trying to conceive or about to deliver or young Moms. That would make for some really useful content. xx themavenlifestyle.com/mindful-parenting/

It's sgood that you show the life with a newborn the way it is, not in a sugar coated way like on tv and so on. That kid of ruoutine scars me a little bit yet I am still looking forward to have babies in the future, all the best to you and your lovely family :)
