Thank you. I recently salvaged a large plastic urn. It was half full with spray insulation foam so apparently once held an artificial plant. It already has a faux stone finish in a light mottled grey. I want to enhance that effect. I won't be able to use the local dirt because it is too organic. Maybe I can find some sand. I love your technique. I especially love your choice of olive branches. Those look perfect with your pot.

how much time did you wait in between coats of clear spray? I don't think I waited long enough because the black paint start to peel off. But then if you wait too long the dirt won't stick. any suggestions? thank you for this video. Yours came out great, mine not so much
@ValerieAguiar4 жыл бұрын
Hi Rita! I waited until the paint was completely dry. The dirt isn't necessarily supposed to stick to the pot, it's just to get into the crevices. The more layers of dirt and clear that you apply, the more of a textured look you will get. Hope this helps.❤️
