I keep returning to see how you are pushing the edges forward. This is not always possible and it's fine to tell us about it. Love to hear what has been going on in your experiments.

Very cool! Sad to see if not fully work though. How is layer adhesion at these lower temperatures?

oh that makes kinda more sense.@@PRO3DESIGN 80c seems low for 1010 but still not bad! now i wanna try this...

@@ameliabuns4058 chamber can go higher but electronics and bearings starts to fail

@@PRO3DESIGN I'm curious to which electronics are the first one to fail? I assume there are certain electronics parts than can be water cooled but are those the parts that are the first to fail due to the heat? If I upgrade to high temp bearings and find a way to not overheat the electronics, would it be possible to reach like 100C chamber temp? Or would that cause other parts to break?

The x carrier in ABS started to melt due to high temperature

@@PRO3DESIGN so it looks like all in-chamber parts needs to be re-printed with nylon/pc to withstand temps without much deformation. Then building such printer would be a two-step process - 1st print critical parts in nylon/pc on some other printer, 2nd - once ready re-print them in peek/ultem.

Is this something that can perhaps be machined out of PEEk or aluminium ?
