World Record | Apex Predators (Very Hard)

The hardest challenge in all of Horizon Forbidden West! "Apex Predators"... the last and final arena challenge on very hard. Apex Thunderjaw + Apex Scorcher with locked loadout. Quite happy with this run although - of course - still time to find. Now that people see how i do it i'm sure it will get beaten.. but for now - i'm the world record holder. Nice. Have fun. Die härteste Challenge die es aktuell im Game gibt - die letzte Arena-Challenge "Spitzenpredatore" auf SEHR SCHWER. Ein Spitzen Donnerkiefer + ein Spitzen-Versenger, der einen gerne mal one-shot killt. Dazu ein vorgegebenes Loadout. Da muss man kreativ werden. Mit dem Run bin ich ganz happy - fast 1 Minute schneller als der vorherige Rekordhalter.. jetzt wo ichs hier poste werden es natürlich Leute schlagen, aber zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt bin ich Weltrekordhalter. :)

Well first few times i did this one i was like.. WHAT? How do you want me to do that in 7 minutes 30?! Insane. Scorcher one-shotting you... thunderjaw pushing out his blades like hell... but what should i say. The more you play the better you get. You can do it!

interesting is that u go to the arena and they dont attack u at 1st second... I everytime i go into i got them on my head non stop that Aloy cant even get up no matter how many times u try to dodge...

I Can't Believe it's possible to do it so fast. I always get one shot by one attack coming from out of screen every time I try to Focus the Thunderjaw.

Those purge water traps do a ton of damage to the scorcher. I can only do this in 9:30 on VH. I've done it on Hard mode though. I think this locked loadout difficult stuff is awsome IMO.

You play very well, congratulations, do you know if there is a requirement to find machines in their alpha version in the open world or is it random?

Requirement for what? For 100% you need to scan all machines including variants.. so also all apex ones.

@@Valle My question is, how do I find machines that have black armor? For example, I have already gone to a specific place for a machine but I can't make it appear with black armor and I need to kill those machines to improve some weapons. a condition or restarted the game until it appears? Sorry if you don't understand very well, but I'm looking for a translator.

@@camilomardones9418 You have to kill some of the normal ones from this type of machine and then go there at night. Apex machines spawn primarily at night.. although some are quite rare (apex slaughterspine for example). Sometimes it also helps to reload the save or restart the game if it doesn't spawn in apex variant at all.

Just a random hopefully helpful addition….progressing to night time and heading to the machine location at night pretty much always gave apex versions! ✌🏼

I finished it on medium deficulty Shot the scoreverloop with explosive grenades, after 3/4 shots he goes down, try 2 times crit, shoot more explosive, and continue with advanced 4/6 needed I shot the remaining 4 explosive and then trued to get rid of the discuss and shoot at his head (lasercannon) with both disc and then start to continue to shoot arrows on the weak spots

Got slightly lucky at times, but that's how it goes I suppose. I like the general strategy and I will be giving it a go myself. However, one modification I will make is to use smoke bombs to plant the traps.

Man, as a German myself I must say the German game translation and/or localisation is such garbage. I would recommend anybody to play it in English. "Spitzenprädatoren", "Spitzen-Pirscher", "Herausforderungsgebühr"? My word, no imagination whatsoever. And an insult to good translators around the world.
