Wow, I didn't realize some of these mistakes were so common. I will pay closer attention to the recordings of my closing calls and review them more in-depth. Thank you for the awesome video Pat. It has helped me elevate my thinking and awareness.

I can relate to this because I made a lot of these mistakes around this time last year. I tried to negotiate with an agent of a model in Japan. I met the model herself and she was amazing. Thing is, I had to deal with her agency and her manager. This is when the lesson began. I went in too hard instead of getting to know the manager. I didn't know as much about the client like I thought I did. Was in the business for myself instead of all parties. Tried to do long term through crappy methods. Took it too personal after it fell through. Took zero interest in the manager's life story (which was interesting after the fact) Was SUPER impatient. As bad as it felt, it was an important lesson for me to learn to get better. Thanks for this, Patrick!

Can you make a video of going in depth about the three options idea? Like 3 options in a vacation home what you're looking for. 3 options deciding on what car to buy. 3 options of what a certain deal can provide you. Etc.

Dan Lok said to invest in something you understand. Plus you need to study the market trends and how a company performs. If one asks about what stock to invest in, then that means, that person is uninformed and did not do his/her research and will probably lose money or gain money through luck.

Great video with the most usual negotiation mistakes people make. I personally think that most people talk too much, trying to out-negotiate the other side. Pat mentioned the mistake of not listening, and I would add another one related to this: People too often break the silence, which means when they say their offer, instead of being silent, they continue talking to justify it, and by doing it they achieve exactly the opposite result - the offer loses credibility.

What would you suggest? I have little cash to start
