I've been watching every video of yours I possibly can, hours and hours a day. I've been watching every video I can about 'reading people' because this is something I'm horrible at. I've made progress, but I don't think theres enough content out there about it that gives more tangible, applicable perspective vs just theory. I think you could probably blow out any of the other videos out there with something more specific to that.

If there is anyone like that, I want to work for him... reality is, you get to CEO by managing your relationship with the other guys at the top. Ability to claim the credit when things go well and avoid the guilt when they go south. Keep content people at low levels, where they are not threatening, etc... politics, unfortunately!

How much longer do you think the business can sustain itself before it gets chocked out with competition? DM me if you want to get more technical. I work with business owners to manage finances

Don't be quick to take unsolicited offers. Keep your personal debt loads low to zero. Pay cash, check, ACH, or debit for as much as you can. Limit credit cards (when the time comes) to one fixed bill per month per card. Nothing more than a 15-year fixed on a house, and pay it off faster than that. Avoid loans with prepayment penalties. Read and understand terms before you sign.

I still remember the days is going back about 10 years I was out with the owner of my company and some of his relatives which were in the same line of business and we're Italian. If you're Italian you'll understand when I say next most people I think we understand but Italian definitely. The owner Osvaldo turned to his cousins which all three had similar companies to Oz they were all talking about employees and business and how they're having trouble getting reliable labor my boss just laughedand said I got a guy that work Christmas New Year's Eve 365 days of the year he said he's right here now I hadn't heard the conversation till this point my boss just said I need you to work on the 25th is that going to be a problem I looked at them and said no everyday everyday is a work day I don't care Christmas New Year's Easter didn't no matter. I then found out what their conversation was about I never say no to work doesn't matter what day it is I can celebrate Christmas the 26th or not at all I cannot get back that day of work anybody who says no to work except for our see some circumstances but your average man or woman should never say no to work reliability number one that also means being on time a big part of reliability for everybody to know yes it is a problem that you are late never think it's not

Don't forget to leave out their most notable qualities, such as: lack of empathy, psychopathic line of thought, inability to foresee consequences for negative actions, entitlement personality. I have no idea what kind of CEO's you have been finding, but the real world has a completely different type of person from whatever day dream you are thinking of. I agree that leaders are important, but I can't name a CEO in the US and many western nations, that aren't out to destroy lives to enrich their own.
