I learned ride a bike late growing up, I was actually in above average health & shape for a little kid, with abs & giant calves I’m told, because I use to run behind the other kids on bikes. I didn’t want to ride a bike & I didn’t like the idea of hitting my nuts on the bar. I could never understand the rational design behind the differences between male & female bikes. To me, they had it all wrong with consideration to physical designs & vulnerabilities. It’s an eye boggler. One day this kid 1/2 my came cruising down the road at the age of 3 on a little mini bicycle with no training wheels even, very capable early on. I knew it was time to let go of my Big Wheel & toughen up or be left in the dust by peers, so I learned to ride. It’s still not my exercise choice as an adult although I do. I much prefer walking & running, & most athletic adults would concur it being a most beneficial adaptation. Side Note: My Big Wheel was awesome btw. But as I got older that smart capable kid became one of the wannabe tough guys. He wasn’t that smart anymore. Egotistical, transparent, & something about him suspiciously said you’re really weird dude. He’s in jail for murder now. I’ve been a vampire for Halloween, I’ve watched Bram Stokers Dracula & it didn’t make me want to kill anyone. I hate vampires & twilight btw 🧛🏻‍♂️💁🏻‍♂️🥝🍉. Without knowing the nature of relationship, those people didn’t deserve what became of them. Everyone who assisted in this justice did the work of The Lord I’m confident!

I think how the prosecutor's present cases is really having an effect on jury's these days, well the defense too for that matter. If the case is the least bit circumstantial, which thankfully this one wasn't, you have jurors that have to decide which side to believe. If you've got a 'stale' lawyer, for want of a better word... Especially now, that people are able to stream trials, watch documentaries with footage.

I would rather have someone this heinous vigorously defended so that an appeal has no chance. He has to be defended, it's just part of our justice system. If it's done well and the prosecution does their job well then said scumbag goes to jail and stays there. Unless we create a non defense system, this is what we have. I've known a lot of lawyers, I'm not one and don't play one on tv, but it's fair to say when you look at the defense team of a waste of skin, their attorney isn't happy either. Especially public defenders, imagine getting no choice. I do understand your passion about it though, truly.
