So the funny thing is in 2001 when I was 14 I visited Nola with my family. I had a similar experience with my dad. When we talk about it now, we are still flabbergasted and can't explain the situation. The guy was similarly dressed, without the top hat. He had long brown hair tied back. My dad cracked a joke as we drove pass him ( he was walking so fast his coat was flaring behind him on a hot summer night) that he was a vampire. He then literally looked down at me, and I was scared out of my mind, like a primal jerk of fear. He then crossed behind our car, and my dad and I both watched him fly upwards. my dad slammed his breaks and I've never seem him that bewildered. We both tried circling back to see if we could find him, nothing. We just saw the dude fly upwards and be gone.

Back around 1995 I was taking a walk down the road from my parent's home late one night and was surprised to see the silhouette of a man standing in a shadowy spot by some high hedges. I said "nice night for a walk isn't it" no answer so I said " I know someone is there I can see you". The next moment I saw him fly over the road wearing a knee length dark grey coat like from the 1800's I saw and heard a flap sound from the fabric when he flew across and landed in a field with some tall grass. He did not run and jump he flew across at head height. He just waited there as if toying with me. I prayed to God then said "I am not afraid of you but I wish you a good night" then walked back home praying the whole way there.

i believe them, i saw hunched over a bit a 7ft tall black dogman on 2 feet with a face like a wolf august 2019 i was in my car with the window rolled down on a hot summer day 3pm sunny, it was not that far from my car, so i could see the hair was smooth and well groomed, it had white glowing eyes, it just stood there, then when i moved my car a little bit, it stood up straighter, and i floored the gas, i DID NOT think to take a photo i was in shock
