I'm currently building a vampire Stygian myself and then YT recommends me this video. Nice. My build actually looks very similar, but I never thought of going to non-elementals for that missing coverage. Good thinking. Now, back to farming for that Crit Heal gene that evades me for a while now...

Developed a similar build when I first found S. Zinogre. Just heals with almost every attack and hardly ever dies.

Dragon Eater is why my Deviljho is unstoppable, even as a one-trick pony. He was my MVP in Stories 1, as well. Hopefully we get some good speed dragon genes before they stop supporting the game.

you can improve your build by 5% more dragon dmg: (D= Dragon, N = Normal), (d = dragon dmg increase, p = power attack increase) d d d D N D D D N d D D D p with that you get 4 dragon buffs instead of 3. Old build: d N D N d D D D d D D D p

You're a legend. I watched a number of dragon ele build videos, but none of them seem to deal enough damage, or they require you to switch out monsties. However, this build seems like the perfect solution. I finished the story not long ago, and realized that gene farming takes a bit too much time. The transition to endgame is rough. Without gene-farming, every fight takes forever, but you can't farm efficiently without a good monster. This should be the build that can take on every fight. From my experience, here are a few traps with a dragon build. -The AOE (jho) and dracobug (sty.zin.) skills are almost never worth. They can't crit, and it will cost kinship to change to stronger ones when the monster wants to use weaker skills. -I don't know whether dragon surge or pump up is better, since the former has much lower damage boost, but provide 30% crit with no downsides. But you should only choose one, because taking two turns to buff isn't worth the damage loss. *They're easily interchangeable for testing without hurting the bingos. -There aren't any speed skills in the dragon tree. Picking a weak speed skill for rock paper scissors will result in the problem in 1). -Monster choice: I personally choose jho because he is only weak to dragon, a rare element in the game. I hate getting destroyed by kirins and other thunder monsters, when I use sty zin. Palamute is also weak to thunder. Jho should be the perfect moster to clear elders lair and sr expeditions, without spending too much time making teostra and nergigante builds (or other strong, elemental monsters).

for my build I only got a 1500 dommage at the 63lv I don't know how much the lv will boost the dommage and thx for explaining youre build and the skill pump up and dragon could proably be use in the same time

I ended up editing my Stygian from another build rather than starting fresh so the bingo's aren't optimized until I re-farm all the genes~

Breaking Gene is Hellbreaker from Bloodbath Diablos. You get Bloodbath Eggs from Co-Op Expiditions (Dessert/Flowery)

Primarily. It will work in PvP just fine though you might wanna consider throwing on Panacea or some status resistance
