Vampire survivors is one of those game where you see it, probably dont get the hype then you play it and become addicted. I played it via gamepass, became addicted, 100 percented it, bought the game and dlc. Currently waiting for any more new content like the recent snow map.

My favourite combo is definitely combo whip+garlic, both powered up, so you never die out of regeneration. It's also the combo i won with the library mission, so it has sentimental value in a way.

If you like this kinda game, PLEASE play Risk of Rain 2. It's like 3rd person Vampire Survivors and some how more extreme. You can boost movement speed to unplayable levels. You can summon just enough black holes to not crash the game, but enough to tear enemies from the materium. Most importantly, you can be a force of nature, and still get backhanded by a beetle. 100% hidden gem, 100% a must-play

dude some of my favourite combos are the garlic evo, bible evo, lightning strike evo, fire wand evo and either maxed out song of mana or evo and of course the evo'd magic wand. all that together creates what I nicknamed "MAGIC BIATCH" along with something like candelabrador and hollow heart which you can pick up after you get all the other stuff and technically allowing you to have even more than you should have.

This genre of games is so good!! I enjoyed a lot playing it (its so cheap too!), and I loved the game that it inspired, my favourite (and I guess asmongold's), Holocure (which is free on steam too) I think I never spent so much time on a genre of games for so long when I needed to fill any lengh of time!

If you were able to design a character and their unique weapon, how would you do it? For me I would make a male character named "Darkness". His main colors are black and blue. Wears a robe with armor on top of it. Blue hair. You unlock him by finding his coffin in Whiteout Inverse mode. Inverse mode on this map makes it darker and night time (not bright white). His weapon shoots out mini black holes that push enemies away from you, and it needs Torrona's Box to upgrade. After evolving it shoots out big black holes that sucks enemies into the middle of it. A cheat code to get him would be "HelloDarknessMyOldFriend"

As a dopamine dispenser Vampire Survivors is good for short while, but godbuilds are just too easy. Holocure is vastly better as a video: each character is unique, and difficulty curve will keep you on your toes, especially with some difficulty enhancing items.

Bricky I implore you to try warframe again. It recently got a giant update to pets so now you can pretty much use every animal and don’t have to worry about them dying at all. I can See why you would find there’s too much content but you can just not engage with certain areas after you get what you need from them I’ve found.
