To add a little to the breastfeeding theory (because I did go to psychology school 😂😂), it is also theorized that the first stage of psychosocial development is trust vs mistrust. Basically the infant either learns to trust by the mother meeting their needs, or to mistrust because they are not getting their needs met. If mom’s breastfeeding was perhaps the only thing he learned to trust, then this combined with that violent nature that he didn’t fully channel into something more productive, plus lack of attachment beyond superficial interactions due to lack of love and affection…I can see how this could play out subconsciously into a breast feasting maniac. Lol, moms I’m sure you provide well for your kids in other ways to create a trusting bond for them, so don’t be afraid! 😂
