Seriously Chrome, look into cork flooring for the van. With that square footage, even buying the really high end stuff you're only looking at $80. It's mildew resistant, soft and easy to clean. It does get a little brittle with time but we're talking 10 years minimum and the new engineered stuff lasts even longer.

In late October, the locals set up their pumpkins on tree stumps beside the road in the Cathedral Forest. So pretty to drive through at night with all the carved pumpkins lit up. You can take a day trip on the MV Lady Rose from the Quay in Port and visit a bunch of floating homes and villages. There is a floating post office further down the Inlet. So much to see and do. McLeans Mill in Cherry Creek. Take a ride on an old steam train. Go for a long walk on the railway. Visit Stamp Falls to see the salmon run. The fire bombers on Sproat Lake. The totem carving studio just outside of Port......

Chrome my wife lived most of her life in the PNW (Oregon and Washington). She literally didn’t know anything but rainy weather…Then ten years ago we got together and I moved from Texas to Oregon. Culture shock to say the least as Oregonians are, let’s just say different… And me owning a MINI JCW Roadster I was used to top down motoring. Had to move south to Arizona and now just next door to New Mexico. Yes it gets hot, but those 300 days of rainy cloudy PNW weather are but a distant memory as we’ve traded them in for 300 days of sunshine… Not a fan of everything in a continual state of wet and moldy.

Vancouver Island was a separate Crown Colony (of Britain) from 1849-1866. After that, it was merged into the Crown Colony of British Columbia, and then that overall colony became a Province in Canada in 1871. The flag from that crown colony era includes the official colonial seal (the pine-cone and beaver, etc). And that's the flag that Chrome was given. It makes sense as a British colonial flag: Union Jack on a blue ensign, plus the colony's seal.

@@SomeDumbFuck-f6d You liked that? Well, here;s some more...heh heh heh 🥱🥱 The Great Seal of the Island Colony, was created in 1849-50 by Benjamin Wyon. Yes, the seal was used until Vancouver Island merged with British Columbia in 1866. Michael Halleran based his 1988 Vancouver Island flag design on that, and it's believed that the flag was never actually made. 🥱🥱🥱 The flag's symbols represent the island's natural resources, history, and trade: -Beaver: Represents the island's early connection to the Hudson's Bay Company -Trident of Neptune: Represents the island's oceans, fisheries, and trade -Caduceus: Represents commerce -Pine cone: Represents the island's forests and lumber industry -Union flag: In the canton, represents the British past of the province -King Edward's Crown: In the center of the Union Jack, represents the Royal Family 🥱🥱🥱🥱 *(Michael Halleran was a Victoria civil servant and amateur vexillologist [person who studies flags].) 🥱🥱🥱🥱🥱

You possibly have multi- dimensional thinking. To cope you prioritize your thoughts based on how much of a zip you get from a task or experience. Don't become controlled by it and remember everything has a reason and benefit that will help make you a better person and safer/happier in life.
