Van Lifer EXPLORING the ORGAN COAST 🚐 JELLYFISH & WATERFALLS 🐡 EPISODE 95

Today, Solo Female Van Life takes me to the Oregon Coast and on a beautiful waterfall hike. Full time travel and full time #vanlife has its up's and down's, and today was one of those adventures that makes it all worth it. Mount Hood, Oregon was not high on my bucket list, but floored me by it's beauty. I planned on just driving through, and ended up staying for a few waterfall hikes and adventures. I love exploring the Oregon Coast and so grateful for my tiny home on wheels.

That waterfall and hiking scenery was gorgeous!! Me and my daughters took a day trip to Isle of Palms near Charleston, SC. We were in the water and I thought I saw a jellyfish coming towards me and I started swimming as hard as I could to get away from it. I stood up and this big wave just crashed upside my head and I was laying in the water, like a turtle that flipped on its back and couldn’t get up. My girls had to pull me up out of the water. Then, my middle daughter walked up to what I thought was a jellyfish and come to find out, somebody threw a whole onion in the water and that’s what it was. Oh well, I was making memories with my girls. We go to have fun, swim and drive home w/sand in our butt cracks. Good times…Lol! JELLYFISH

Foliage on the east coast runs from September 15 - October 15. After October 15 a lot of things shut down and prep for winter and sking.

Multnomah Falls is basically the place every tourist visits. I wouldn't even consider it a real "hike." I'm surprised you haven't checked out any of the McMenamins locations. The one in Bend (Old Saint Francis School) is super cool! It even has a neat soaking pool.

Jelly Fish Beautiful on your Hike , don't you have Bear Spray ? get Ammonia keep it in a bottle with single sprays about 6 ft. Bears hate ammonia .. Had one living under the house , a friend and I went up to do Winter Repairs after a.Storm caused huge tree to go through the house into living Room we were making lots of noise & the Bear was furious he was shaking walls and huffing and puffing . I told Tina I think there are Homeless people under the house and he was getting laid ( due to Heavy Breathing and walls shaking ) Tina wanted to go Visit of course she had a fair share of Vodka LOL I called 911 A lot of People showed up with Traps , Guns and Ammonia we put some in a dish warm and lowered it through the Heater vent with a Fan on the Ammonia.. took the 400 lb.6' Grizzley about 8 Minutes to get the Hell outta there the back yard was Forest .. so he walked away turned around Stopped and looked Back at his House The Bear did come back the next day It was trying to get in the house cause the Feds closed up the bottom of the house .. actually so Sad I felt Bad .. he didn't come Back... MY POINT .. Get a bottle of Ammonia can Blind someone but legal ...
