It's more of an inshore reel. If you are going to fight tuna, you should go with something more robust.

Is the handle the same size on all the VRs? I heard the bodies are all the same, so is line capacity the only difference?

Actually it was created by the same guy who designed zeebass so i wouldn't call it a copycat. Move of an evolution of it.

I was disappointed to see these reels are made in China. Thought they were US made. Maybe they use to be. Pass on this brand.
