Amazing and inspiring build! How does the lack of an insulated bulkhead effect the warmth of the van in colder conditions?

Hi, we have had really positive feedback from our customers about the warmth inside the van. The thick curtain does provide a good barrier to prevent cold from the cab entering into the living space. The heating operates on a thermostat, so it will maintain the temperature inside the van based on what level you want it to be set at. Alternatively, if you will be spending long periods of time in really cold climates then you could add an external silver insulated screen which goes over the cab windows and windscreen to provide addition insulation. Thanks, it really depends on your postcode, driving history etc but generally £500-£1500pa

Our vans come in just over 3000KG with full tanks which leaves plenty for persons and luggage, all the plywood is poplar ply which is more lightweight. For larger vans we would recommend uprating them

Hello 😊 unfortunately It is looking like I may need to move into my car in a few months. Once in the car I will be saving up to get a van to live in full time and I just love your conversions. Do you offer additions to the layout? For example I would need more counter space and would prefer for the cab area to be mostly blocked off (just a small space for me to enter if needed in an emergency. This is so I could use that space for more counter space. I am in a bit of a weird situation where I will be moving into a van with my pet Gecko who has quite a big vivarium with a heat lamp on top. So I would need to have a space for her without it taking up half of the kitchen area. I have been looking at other converters but I am always drawn back to you. I would just need that extra bit of worktop space rather than a swivel seat
