VAN WALKTHROUGH - 4x4 MOTO VAN - 4 dirt bikes, 2 beds, 1 epic build

Based on a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter LWB 519 (aka 170 3500 in the US).
Our client had a very specific set of criteria for this build:
- Must fit 4 dirt bikes
- Must have an internal shower and toilet
- Must have seperate kids + adults beds
- Must have an outdoor cooking area
I think we nailed it!
Tonnes of Owl Vans gear, front and rear bars from Backwoods Adventure Mods, flares from Flarespace for additional storage, and a massive 650AH lithium battery system by JT Electrical.

We are a moto family and we have the 2023 Jayco Terrain Sprinter van. Too bad this van doesn't have seating for an additional two passengers. Otherwise, it's a near perfect moto van.

It's tight, but it's necessary to fit the dirt bikes. The customer is happy.

It's a compromise accepted by the client in order to fit 4 dirt bikes in the back. He loves it!

It does look a bit claustrophobic but if all you’re trying to do is sleep it’s no worries and probably easy to keep cool

Is the garage sealed? I'm trying to work out a similar build but worried from the carcinogenic fumes from my bikes. Looking at a new setup next year and need to come have a chat to you when I'm in the gong next.

Matt , thanks for the walk thru . I don't want to sound to critical , but there are some glaring concerns. 1) you have to move dirt bikes out of the garage to empty the toilet ? 2) if its raining , how do you cook a meal with the induction cooktop , fully exposed to the outside weather conditions ? ~peace~

Thanks for the feedback! All these decisions were driven by the client. He didn't want any holes cut in the side of the van, so that limited us to either putting the cassette coming into the garage or into the living space. Client chose into the garage. Regarding the cooker - there is also an option of a portable induction to cook inside. Plenty of 240V outlets inside to power one. But the client was focused on having a good outdoor cooking setup.
