Haptic controls for the climate, have to be the worst. Especially considering, where they are situated. You will literally have to look down to find them. Whereas with knobs you know by touch, when you have found them. So if the haptic climate control is the best thing to tell your friends about. It really doesn’t say much for the rest of the car LOL 😂

Lads, have to say.... Not a huge fan of the new style. Really missed you over the last few months, was worried that the whole Autotrader thing meant that your channel had gone down the pan... So so glad that's not the case... But please, go back to the old style. We don't need the big text graphics, just the vaguely funny reviews. Lov you guys

Some quality VW plastics there , center console with cup holders bending like crazy 2:00, but then again , after we all sum this up , ITS DAMN TO EXPENSIVE for what it is. 25k euro then onward, with few necessary things You are looking at 28-29 k for automatic 1 liter petrol. Go buy C4, its much better car , more room inside,far more comfortable, more tech, fully specked out and get this more reliable - for 5 grand less.

It is not a suv just a taller hatch boot is too small it is only fwd and is based on polo so not enough space in it

God VW group vehicles have become extremely boring, why are they literally all the same interior??

I had a new Mk4 Golf a few years back, then a 2 year old Passat estate. They were good, solid cars, drove well enough and were comfy with superb quality interiors. I went in one of these Taigo’s today, brand new. What the hell has happened to VW? The interior was cheap, hard plastics, very insubstantial and the car was so dull! The drive and passenger experience was poor too, I was so disappointed. I’m currently nearly 3 years into a Citroën C3 aircross, 3 cylinder petrol, 110 bhp. Some ‘cheap’ plastics but all fit perfectly, no issues, no squeaks or rattles. Totally reliable and WAY quieter and more comfortable than this VW. VW still like to charge a premium though for their product even though it saddens me to say they’re a shadow of their former selves and, increasingly, so, so dull. The Citroën? Nothing like a VW price and a 5 year, unlimited mileage warranty. And a far more comfortable drive. I thought it was just the new era VW id electric range - the 3 particularly - that had been built with flimsy, cheap build interiors. Apparently though it’s across the board. Sorry to go on but I am genuinely saddened by what VW has become - they’re even in the average category for reliability now - as I’ve always liked them. How long can they get away with their cynical ’quality car’ pricing for an ‘average’ product. Seems that being found out for cheating and lying with the dieselgate scandal is forcing them to make savings in the quality of materials. Who’d have thought it?
