Minions scale with levels. Nope they are lvl18 too. So no scaling. Except minions spawn duration decreased as game progress 18 min as far as i know. That was implemented lately. I used to play longer games in aram much more often. Now it is quite rare to pass 30 min

i was one of the players in aram clash that broke... if you had heartsteel early as part of your build, or malignance, you're super broken minions armour and damage scale with time so if you decided to clear a built up wave... good luck with that no team wanted to surrender so when we had our games it was dinner time. all of us tooke turns afking making sure that not all of us afk at the same time at one point only one of the enemy was left, at one point all of them came back at the end, my friend came back and the game had already booted her so she relogged in and was back in the regular client. the clash rewards were already given (which is also what the enemy told us), all of us quit simultaneously

I played Gwen that Clash and found out there's a limit to how much AP you can get with Riftmaker from the bonus health granted by Heartsteel. Also learned that ASol with enough stacks can execute Gwen in her immunity field if the dmg tick goes off at the right time.

This 1 million-HP thing reminds me of the URF games long time ago, where all stats were enlarged by 10k times: HP, damage, etc. In the middle of this video, Brand burned Taric for about 800 dps. And in the very past, there was an old mastery called Deathfire Touch, which burns an enemy by thousands per jump in URF.
